What payment terms do you offer?

For most projects, we require a deposit upon agreement, with staged payments throughout the project linked to completion milestones. The final payment is due upon satisfactory completion and sign-off. We provide a clear payment schedule with every quote.

Are you insured?

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and employer's liability cover. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request. All electrical and gas work is carried out by appropriately certified professionals.
